Michael Mack President / Chief Executive Officer

Mike has been with L & M Services and in the disaster restoration field since 1989, Mike has one of the strongest operating backgrounds anywhere in ServiceMaster including the company owned and Management Services division. As President and CEO, Mike is responsible for all operations in the two operating divisions comprising five production departments as well as all the sales and marketing for the two operating divisions, which he manages through five divisional sales managers. Before coming to L & M Services, Mike spent 10 years with Ernst Home Centers in which he occupied various positions necessary to the successful functioning of a large retail home center. Supervising 30-150 employees and managing a complex retail store with sales of over $5.5 million per year, Mike came to L & M Services as a uniquely strong operator and powerful force in the functioning of its operations. Mike utilizes a rare combination of seemingly unlimited energy, incredible ability to learn quickly, abundant raw intelligence, wisdom way beyond his chronological years and, most importantly, a deep commitment and total dedication to L & M Services, our staff, customers and goals. Mike also currently serves as the Chairman of the ServiceMaster National Franchise Counsel and a memeber of the DR Task Force.

Dan Olson Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

In his ninth year with SOS, Dan is no stranger to ServiceMaster having held various responsible positions with The ServiceMaster Company as well as having owned his own ServiceMaster On-Lo business. Following three years as production manager in a ServiceMaster owned operation, Dan Served as Regional Operations Manager in the Mid-Atlantic area. Dan spent the following three years as ServiceMaster On-Location (OnLo) Program Development Manager during which time he created developed and integrated all the On-Lo programs, processes, procedures, controls and systems for all ServiceMaster On-Lo franchisees. In 1982, Dan started his own ServiceMaster On-Lo franchise in Bellingham, Washington, and ran this business successfully until its sale in 1986. From 1986 to 1988, Dan functioned as Accounting Manager and Controller for a ground transportation company serving the airline industry. From 1988 to 1991, Dan served as Distribution Manager for Unibind, a provider of industrial office products and systems. Dan brings a varied and strong system background to SOS. Dan is dedicated to the very best possible administrative and system support to the sales and operation divisions. Dan has a heart for people and for helping SOS ensure that it places priority on ServiceMaster’s First Corp. Goal -- To honor God in all we do. -- Dan is a member of the MORT Group.

Wesley Mitchell Executive Consultant
After graduating from college, Wes briefly tried his hands at several occupations before settling down with ServiceMaster immediately after completing his Masters Degree in International Management during December of 1970. Wes held various operating and staff positions with the ServiceMaster Healthcare and Management Services Divisions from Hospital Coordinating Manager to Training Coordinator to Regional Operations Manager for the Houston-Gulf area before taking a 14-month Leave-of-Absence in November of 1978. After moving his family to the Pacific Northwest in 1978, Wes returned to ServiceMaster in the capacity of Regional Operations Manager for the ServiceMaster Franchise Operations in all the Western States, Including Alaska and Hawaii, on the first day of 1980. After Functioning in this position for over five years, from January 1, 1980 to March 31, 1985, Wes teamed up with Steve Losorwith to form L & M Services, Inc., dba Service Master of Seattle (SOS) on April 1, 1985. Wes brings to SOS an ability to identify a business or group goal, and then to find the right people to attack that goal followed by giving these people the tools and support for reaching their goals and objectives. His strengths lie in training, motivating, helping, supporting, coaching and simply bringing sometimes diverse people or groups together to accomplish their mutually beneficial goals.
