Registration Information
Pre-registration: Pre-registration is required for each course. We limit class size to maintain a more conducive learning environment. The registration form can be found on the back of this sheet. Please use one form per person. Registrations made within 5 business days of the scheduled class date will be on a space available basis. Please call for space available registration. You will receive registration verification and a map to the ServiceMaster of Seattle office via fax or e-mail within 3 business days of receipt of your registration.
Payment: ServiceMaster of Seattle requires a nominal registration fee for each course to partially cover the costs involved with the class. Payment may be made by including a check with your registration form (via mail) or by filling out the credit card portion of the registration form (via fax or mail).
Cancellation Policy: Due to limited class size, cancellations made within 5 business days of the scheduled course date will not be eligible for a refund.
On-site Classes: ServiceMaster of Seattle will be happy to provide onsite training classes for your group of 10-20 people. Please call for specific details.
